Our Australian oysters are shucked fresh to order, we can often have up to 3 types from different regions available. The crispy roast pork belly is our most popular dish, with our chefs perfecting the crackle each and every time! We hand make our bread daily, don’t forget to order a serve to mop up all the delicious sauces. 

Other mouth-watering dishes that cannot be missed are our Scallops in the half shell, when in season from West Australian waters, chicken liver parfait with sangria jelly, and the crowd-pleasing braised beef cheeks.

Our ability to cater for all dietary requirements set us apart from the rest. With a huge selection for gluten intolerant, vegetarian and pescatarian guests. We also offer a 100% vegan degustation menu.

Your dining experience is topped off with a duo of Rústico hand made dessert, why not add our famous hot piped sugar & cinnamon dusted twisty churros with salted caramel & chocolate dipping sauces?

Our drinks list is as diverse as our tasting menu with our 3 different types of sangria; red, white & our specialty rosé with ginger & raspberries and a cocktail to suit every taste.

With a dozen premium international and Australian craft beers & ciders we offer 2 tap of draught beer from Lagers to IPA’s and everything in-between! Our taps are pouring the coldest schooners of the hottest beers in the Australian craft beer market. Some of our favourites are Stone & Wood, Colonial, Eagle Bay, Beer Farm and Black Brewing Co. Stop in and enjoy a cold scooner of what we are pouring today. 



And then there’s wine. A diverse and impressive range bought to you by Hay Shed Hill. Back vintage reds, whites and fresh new world drops make up our list of over 40 wines – 30 available to try by the glass! 

If you are looking for something bigger, older or bolder OR you are a fan of aged riesling, or back vintage ssb + chardonnay, our corvine in enabling us to pour museum wines by the glass – just ask your waitstaff for advise! 


Be assured there is a cocktail on our list to suit every taste, using premium ingredients our mixologists can bring back an old favourite from the bible or any traditional style on request.

Located in the heart of the Wilyabrup Valley, Hay Shed Hill is one of Margaret River's oldest vineyards. Our cellar door has an extensive range on offer with over 25 wines on tasting. From the classic's that Margaret River is so famous for, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay to Spanish Tempranillo or for something extra special we now have rare museum release wines available to taste. There's a wine experience for everyone!

We offer seated wine tastings so that you can enjoy your wine tasting in comfort.  Or for a more personalized and educational tasting why not book one of our Private Wine Experiences? We have tailored three different Wine Experiences to make your next visit to Hay Shed Hill a memorable one!
