Over 2.5 hours he will have you cooking, learning and feasting on culinary delights and knowledge. Learn how to shuck oysters, scallop ceviche, perfect crispy pork crackle, jamon tasting and paella – its a cooking and eating school with a few vinos along the way!
Cooking school operates 10am Monday’s & Friday’s or by private appointment for 4 or more.
